Yup, Thats ME this Gaz. on ITV’s The Cycle Show, talking about how good cycling is for you :0)
A sneak preview of what I’m talking about
I’m the show with my former self and a dude that likes to nip out to the shops on his bike, 5000 miles away , Mr Mark Beaumont (Along with many other guests)
Mark and I have spoke online a few times and when I met him, I was about to drive back to Manchester from London, so the into was quick, a bit too quick as he thought I was a random friendly person , Mark, next time, I’ll domestique for you, with the distances you do, the intro will be MUCH LONGER :0).
Check out Mark in the sprint Challenge …
& Finally , Cyclists cant get away from Addison lee right now, but it’s ironic that while in London, my first sighting of them was a bin…..hummmmm
and one last time
Tonight,
Sept 3rd,
ITV4,
Between 8pm and 9pm,
Check out the Cycle Show.
————————-
Oh and I want to hear from you if I have helped you lose weight, I might be away for a few weeks later this year, so a few guest posts from people who I’ve inspired would be AWESOME
and Finally , Thanks to Mr Obree, for sending me a copy of the Obree Way, his up coming book for me to review, keep on eye out.

Great news! Is this related to your other meeja project as well?
Nop not at all :0)
Any previews of that coming soon?… (I know I’m being cheeky!)
There are still a few niggles to workout, but we are looking at a new year special, maybe , :0)
Fantastic!!
Cheers Dude :0)
Congratulations! Be sure to get an mp4 video from them so that you can share this with your fans from “across the pond.”
I’ll post it later this week for yourself, fiz and the rest of my brothers :0)
Saw the show – really inspiring. You look just amazing. Very very well done. Now, perhaps, start a cycle club for Clydesdales only, around where you stay, and that should really be fantastic – hard work but rewarding. love Jackie
Been following you for a few months now, and it was great to finally see you ‘live’ on screen. You have inspired me, like so many others, to get up and get fit. I was 24 stone and in fear of missing any time with my daughter. My new life started 2 months ago, I’m 22 stone and counting. I love my family and I love life, and I’m falling in love with cycling. I’m documenting my journey, and I hope that my ending is as positive as yours!
Keep up the good work Gaz, you’re an inspiration and driving force for so many
Regards
Bill
Bill, great story, thanks for sharing and do keep us all updated, ill be looking for guest posts soon, may I use your comment?
Sure, or I can write a more wordy piece if you want. I’m following you on twitter, send me a DM with you’re email and we’ll go from there mate
Great job well done lad – brilliant!!
Cheers Pete mate, how’s life?
Hi
Yes your comments have helped me out.
I believe I was about 15 stones (210lbs) over a year ago. Im now 13 stones 2lbs (184lbs). Another 9lbs will see me with a BMI of 24 which is my target (of 173lbs).
I read your weight loss and decided that if others could do it so will I. Im doing one*20 miles once a week and four*10 miles up and down hills. My diet is much much better.
This for me is a life change. I actually eat less, have a reduced appetite, drink less beer, have less colds, handle stress at work much better. Cycling should be in everyone’s weight loss program. Cheers (with a glass of water)!
Love it, what a cool story and I’m proud to have even a bit of credit
Yes and many thanks to you for your inspiration. I’ll take a leaf out of your book and help promote cycling for health and fitness! Wouldnt it be nice if bicycles became as sort after and de rigour as trainers and Wide Screen TV’s?
